2 Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3 Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule. Promises & Light is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
4 Shipping Carriers
We ship your order through one of the following trusted carriers, selected based on your location and order details:

The carrier is automatically selected at the time of fulfillment. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- The total weight of your order
- Your delivery destination (zip code / state)
- The selected shipping speed and carrier
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
6 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your delivery status.

7 Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents before opening fully.
- Step 2: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or (954) 651-5263.
- Step 3: Include your order number and damage photos in your message.
We will review each damaged package claim on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution.
8 Lost or Stolen Packages
Promises & Light is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your property, with neighbors, or building management
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a lost or stolen package claim

9 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Promises & Light is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
